We provide two options for property owners. Firstly, you can list your property on our map at no cost. Alternatively, by signing up as a host, you gain access to our comprehensive booking module. This service is free and equips you with essential tools to manage your bookings, process payments, and effectively showcase your property to potential guests.

There is no cost to create a barn profile or to be listed in the directory. We take a small 10% fee for managing bookings online. You can add your property to the map for free for a limited time.

If you own a horse property with safe and secure stalls and fencing you are well on your way. Barns listed come in all shapes and sizes. We do recommend you ensure your insurance policy covers the use of your home as a business the hosts horses. Generally speaking you will need insurance that covers Equine Care (Custody and Control insurance)

To get started create a host account, it's easy and it will give you access to the host portal to create new listings, manage your availability, and payments.

List each item you'd like to rent (e.g. stall) is set up as a listing, within your property profile. You can list as many items as you'd like. If you have 10 stalls you'd like to rent you can add "stall" with a quantity of "10". You set the quantity in the availability section when creating the listing. This will allow guests to book directly with online payments. When customers make a request you can approve through your dashboard.

You calendar is created when you create a new listing. Each listing has an availability calendar that allows property owners to block dates as needed. Once your calendar is set customers will select the dates through your listing page and send you a request to book. This ensures the property is available and allows owners confirm details with the customer before committing.

A payment happens when the transaction's checkout is initiated. This is the moment when the customer adds their credit card information, and their card is charged.
After a payment, the money is held in Stripe's system until the payout happens. A payout is the action of sending the money from the payment gateway (Stripe)'s system to the provider's bank account.
- Calendar booking: The payout is triggered 2 days after the end of the booking period (i.e., if the booking ends on Monday, the payout is triggered on Wednesday)
- Purchase: The payout is triggered when buyer marks the order received or 14 days after delivery.
