  1. Acceptance of These Terms These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of equinebooking.com and any related services provided by Equine Booking LLC (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
  2.  Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
  3. Accounts Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@equinebooking.com if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, creates risk for users or the Service, or is used unlawfully or fraudulently.
  4. The Service Equine Booking helps users discover equine-related accommodations, facilities, destinations, experiences, services, and other resources. Information may be supplied by listing owners, users, public sources, or third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Equine Booking LLC does not own, operate, inspect, manage, control, endorse, or guarantee any third-party property, facility, activity, product, or service shown through the Service.
  5. 5. Listings and User Content Users may be permitted to submit or manage listings, photographs, reviews, descriptions, messages, and other materials ("User Content"). You remain responsible for your User Content and must have all rights and permissions necessary to submit it. You represent that your User Content is accurate, lawful, not misleading, and does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contractual, or other rights. By submitting User Content, you grant Equine Booking LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Service. This license ends when the content is removed, except where continued use is reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, or materials already distributed. We may edit formatting, request corrections, refuse, restrict, or remove User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or may harm users, third parties, or the Service. We are not obligated to review all User Content.
  6. Listing Owner Responsibilities A person or business that submits or controls a listing is solely responsible for the listing’s accuracy, availability, pricing, policies, photographs, legal compliance, permits, licenses, insurance, accessibility information, safety information, and all services it provides. Listing owners must promptly correct outdated or inaccurate information and must not misrepresent ownership, amenities, location, services, qualifications, or availability.
  7.  Prohibited Conduct You may not use the Service to: • Violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right. • Submit false, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, threatening, or unlawful content. • Impersonate another person or falsely claim an affiliation. • Send spam, unauthorized advertising, or harmful code. • Scrape, copy, harvest, or collect data from the Service through automated means without written permission. • Interfere with the security, integrity, operation, or availability of the Service. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data. • Use Equine Booking names, logos, content, or data in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without written permission.
  8. Third-Party Providers and Direct Arrangements The Service may provide contact information, links, or tools that allow you to communicate with third-party providers. Any booking, reservation, payment, service, waiver, cancellation, refund, transportation, boarding, lodging, activity, or other arrangement made with a third party is solely between you and that third party. Equine Booking LLC is not a party to those arrangements and is not responsible for a third party’s acts, omissions, representations, pricing, availability, safety, policies, performance, cancellations, refunds, or legal compliance. You are responsible for reviewing the provider’s terms and conducting any investigation you consider appropriate before making an arrangement.
  9.  Paid Features Equine Booking LLC may offer paid subscriptions, enhanced listings, advertising, or other optional features. Applicable pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation terms will be presented when the feature is purchased. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees paid to Equine Booking LLC are non-refundable. We may change future pricing or features by providing notice through the Service or at the contact information associated with your account.
  10.  Intellectual Property The Service, including its design, software, databases, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Equine Booking LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you. You may use the Service only for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law or with our written authorization. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, send a written notice to support@equinebooking.com that identifies the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.
  11. Privacy Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in that policy.
  12. Availability and Changes to the Service We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service or any content will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining copies of any content or information you need. We are not responsible for lost, corrupted, or unavailable data.
  13.  Equine Activities and Assumption of Risk Horses, livestock, outdoor activities, travel, lodging, boarding, riding, handling, and related activities may involve inherent and unpredictable risks, including serious injury, illness, property damage, or death. You are responsible for evaluating your own experience, health, equipment, transportation, supervision, conditions, and the suitability and safety of any provider, property, animal, facility, or activity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with activities or arrangements you choose through information found on the Service. 
  14.  Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EQUINE BOOKING LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND RELIABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LISTINGS OR OTHER CONTENT ARE ACCURATE, CURRENT, COMPLETE, SAFE, OR SUITABLE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
  15.  Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EQUINE BOOKING LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, USER CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS, OR ARRANGEMENTS MADE WITH THIRD PARTIES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO EQUINE BOOKING LLC FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
  16. Indemnification To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Equine Booking LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your arrangements with third parties, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
  17.  Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a legal claim relating to the Service, you agree to contact us at support@equinebooking.com and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court located in Utah, and you consent to that court’s jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
  18. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted through the Service with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect means you accept them. 19. General Terms If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Service. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Equine Booking LLC concerning the Service, unless a separate written agreement applies to a specific paid feature or service. 20.
