Room for You, Your Rig, and Your Horses

Moody Ranch was designed with traveling equestrians in mind. The private barn has seven 12×12 stalls — roomy enough for warmbloods, drafts, and everything in between — with good ventilation to keep things comfortable. Water buckets are filled and checked morning and evening. Hay and shavings are available for purchase on-site, and stalls are cleaned daily for multi-night stays. Owners are responsible for their own feed and grain, so pack what your horse needs — and if your horse has any quirks, Jeannie wants to know ahead of time so they can make sure every animal is comfortable from the moment they step off the trailer.

For horses that need to move after a long haul, turnout paddocks are available by request. The team at Moody Ranch knows what a long trailer ride does to a horse — the paddocks give them space to stretch, roll, and fully decompress before settling in for the night. Each paddock is securely fenced with no-climb wire and wood posts, with a water trough and shade included. Just mention it when you book.

For the humans, the guest house is a fully private, standalone structure — no shared walls, no other guests. It sleeps two comfortably and works just as well for a single night as it does for a full week. Inside you'll find a full kitchen, a comfortable living area, a private bedroom, and a covered porch with views of the property. The barn is a short walk away, so your horses are never far. Prefer to stay in your rig? Full RV hook-up is available, and camping is an option for those who want to be right next to their horses. Trailer parking is spacious with easy turnaround.
