There's a shed with beds, pavilion with grill, mini fridge, bar, sink, living room and dining set. Just a short walk to the trail head, which has 65 miles of maintained horse trails. Electric hook up and water cubes with pumps and hoses.
Self check in and out. Wheelbarrow, muck forks, water buckets, are there. Well water in cubes with pumps and hoses. Sandy paddocks, so no shavings allowed. Manure pit/trailer for collection of manure and hay. Haystorage area for convenience.
