Ben's Ranch helps teens struggling with mental and emotional health issues by connecting them to jobs and other work-related experiences on farms and at stables and other natural and agricultural settings. We believe that physical work and helping care for plants and animals can improve the mental health, and the futures, of young people who are hurting. Our programs complement traditional therapies and help teens relieve stress, build confidence, and learn new skills
